C41 has put Taiwan back up for download! The password used to be the same as the old one, but it changed for whatever reason :C

Although, she has updated her Fem!Prussia and Fem!Germany. She also comes with a 2P!Edition.
Child!France is available as well, as well as an updated China.

Word says that foreigners are allowed to apply, so why not give it a try?
